To initiate booking, an initial payment is required covering visa file preparation, travel insurance, and appointment scheduling (embassy fees are not included and must be paid separately); the remaining balance must be cleared as per the payment schedule, and all payments become strictly non-refundable once case processing begins, appointments are booked, or travel reservations are placed on hold.

Cancellations made before the start of visa processing and appointment scheduling are eligible for a partial refund, excluding the non-refundable consultancy fee; once the visa is approved, proceeding with the final group booking remains at your discretion, and the remaining tour package can be cancelled.

Upon application, your assigned travel consultant and visa processing officer will provide you with a customized document checklist tailored specifically to the requirements of the individual country you are applying to.
