Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made prior to the start of visa processing and appointment scheduling are eligible for a partial refund, excluding the non-refundable consultancy fee; once the visa is approved, proceeding with the final group booking remains at your discretion, and the remaining tour package can be cancelled
